- Are the titles I ordered available?
Generally, the availability stands for the real presence of
the title in our warehouse at the moment of our website last
update. If a title is not available, there are the information
about how many days/weeks are needed to have it back in stock.
However, if a title is ordered and it is no longer available,
there will be NO charge on your card. We will provide to inform
you immediately about the availability terms and to ask whether
the order is confirmed considering the new availability informations
or not.
If there is the “sold out” indication for a title
you can have informations by asking for via email. |

- If some of my titles are available while some other are
not how are you going to you manage my order?
Each order is considered as a whole and it is usually splitted
in more shipments as soon as each item becomes available.
If a title is sold out, it is automatically deleted from the
order.
There are no extra-shipping costs for this policy. In any
case, RED will inform you about all before. |

- What if I pay by credit card and one or more titles are
unavailable?
The payment bu credit card can be also splitted. The charging
is a manual operation so we can charge only for those titles
which are available and effectively sent to you. You can always
ask RED to cancel the unavailable titles from your order and,
consequently, to delete the payment amount corresponding to
the unavailable titles.
Please remember that the bank which manages our online transactios
allowes us to charge ONLY the amount of the order or lesser,
NEVER higher.. |

- Credit card transactions on your website are safe?
The online credit card transactions are not processed on our
webstore but on our bank's website, certified exclusively
for this kind of transactions. There are no credit cards details
lying or passing on our website. |

- Can I pay by credit card telling you my card's numbers?
Sì. La RED può eseguire per l'acquirente la
procedura di acquisto tramite carta (POS virtuale). Si tratta
solo di di decidere se dare fiducia al responsabile del servizio
online e di comunicargli i numeri della propria carta. Questi
numeri verranno distrutti una volta effettuato l'inserimento
dei dati per la transazione |

Yes you can, but in this case the payment has to be made as
explained at point 8. |

?
Yes, it does. All the categories we deal with can be viewed
inside the left column of our website. |

Yes, you can. Once we found the title you asked for, we inform
you about price and shipping terms, then you can decide to
order or not. |

- Can I have a gift-like pack?
Yes you can. When you fill up the order form, there is a textfield
where you can write and ask for. |

- did not received the books yet. What should I do?
First of all, please check the delivery terms (link) of your
order. Once you did it, please check your snailmail box. Sometimes
might happen that your local custom clearence authority is
waiting for you to pay your local taxes before receiving your
order.
Finally, if you checked out the situations above, please inform
us immediately if your order was not delivered yet.
We can either provide a new shipment or refund your order,
whatever you will ask for. |

- Can I have the invoice for my order?
Yes, RED can invoice your order. In order to do so, we need
your VAT number.
The invoice will be sent by email at the end of your order's
month in *pdf format, which can be read with Acrobat Reader
(download
here). |

- I did not receive/I lost my invoice, how can I get it again?
You can ask for it by email, reporting your name and the order's
number. We will send it again right away by email (see the
point above) |
