How
to order
Ordering a title on RED's site is quite easy. The main steps
are the following:
Search and find the title you are interested in
Add the title to the shopping-basket
Insert the required personal data
Choose the shipment method
Choose the payment method
Confirm all above
Registering
In order to register yourself you have to access the registration
form.
Registering allow the system to recognize you when you get
back to order again and provides automatically the ordering
form with all your personal details.
Searching
a title
Searching titles inside our catalogue is easy. There
are three ways you can search:
Fast search
The Search box can be found on the top of the left column
in each page. This method uses the book title as keyword.
Advanced search
It is possible to use the Advance search by clicking the
Advanced search label on the left column, under the Search
box.. This utility helps you to search a title by crossing
different parameters and criteria such as the Category,
the Title, the Publisher and even the description of the
book.
Search by category
This kind of search uses the Category criteria. It can be
used from inside of the Advanced search tool or you can
simply choose a Category listed in the left column of each
page. Each category displays all the titles related to it.
Shopping-basket
When you find the title you are interested in you can
add it to the shopping-basket.
It does not mean that you already bought it or that you have
to, it is most like a wishing list. You can add or cancel
any title at any time before the final confirmation of the
checking out.
Ordering
a title
If you decide to order the title (or the titles) you
have put into your shopping-basket, you have to click the
“Check out” button. This simple operation does
not mean you bought the books already. First you will have
to insert your details (if you are not a registered user).
Then you can chose the shipping method, then the payment method
and only after all this informations you will be asked again
to confirm the order. Please remember that you can change any data at any
time during all the checking-out process before the final
confirmation.
